DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT ENTEBBE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND TRANSFER TO THE
On arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed and received by the company staff member, who will transfer you to your hotel/lodge for resting and preparation for your Safari to Uganda-the Pearl of Africa.

DAY 2: TRAVEL TO MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK WITH RHINO TRACKING AT ZIWA AND VISIT THE TOP OF THE FALLS
After breakfast, you will immediately embark on a 3 hours of road drive to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary and experience tracking rhinos. After tracking the rhinos, you will proceed with the drive to Murchison Falls National Park.
Before crossing to the northern sector of the park, you will visit the top of the falls. While at the top, you will feel your breath taken away as you experience the force, the sound and the speed of the Nile River as it is pushed through a small gap between the rocks to create Murchison Falls.
After visiting the top of the falls, you will proceed with the drive to the lodge, while viewing wild animals that you may encounter on your way.

DAY 3: EXPLORATION OF MURCHISON FALLS NATIONAL PARK
This day of your Safari gets you to encounter with the natural establishment of Murchison Falls National Park. You will begin your exploration of the park with a game drive in the northern circuit of the park. There, you will encounter beautiful rolling plains. While in these plains you may view Lions, Giraffes, Buffalos, Elephants, Antelopes, and Hippos, Spotted Hyenas as well as many of the other mammals of the park. For the birders, this area supports the Secretary Bird,
Black-chested Snake Eagle, Tawny and Martial Eagles Carmine and Swallow-tailed Bee-Eaters among others.
In the afternoon, you will go for a boat trip to the bottom of Murchison Falls where the Nile thunders through a small 7-meter gap down to the delta. This experience is breath taking and should not to be missed.

DAY 4: TRAVEL TO KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK
Early morning, you will embark on a long road drive to Kibale Forest National Park. This journey is relatively long and it is likely to take you about 7-8 hours of drive time.
Though long and may appear strenuous, you will however get an authentic feel of the African country side and specifically Uganda’s country side. You will encounter wildlife as you cross the Bugungu Wildlife Reserve, you will have occasional stop overs to taste Uganda’s fresh fruits and be amazed by natural features along the route such as the Rift valley escarpments and the lakes. Going through the entire village set up will also be a learning moment.
On arrival, you will instantly start enjoying the natural breeze and beauty of the place and its environs. You will be able to see Blue monkeys and Black and White colobus monkeys which occasionally frequent the surrounding areas to your lodge. The various sounds in the forest and nearby thickets from the birds’ calls and animals will make you feel immersed or lost in nature.

DAY 5: CHIMPANZEE TRACKING IN KIBALE FOREST NATIONAL PARK AND TRANSFER TO
QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
On this day, you will encounter with man’s closest cousins; the chimpanzees of Kibale Forest.
Chimpanzees are the closest relatives to humans sharing about 98.7% of their DNA composition with humans. They are sociable, intelligent as well as communicative and among their very interesting traits are their abilities to utilize tools like rocks for crushing nuts, empty pods for hollowing out water plus sticks for capturing termites from their holes.
Your time in the forest will also provide you with the opportunity to see a variety of other primates (including the Colobus Monkeys and the Mangabey) and other animals, you will see birds (some rare, threatened and endemic) and a variety of butterflies, flowers and other insects.
After a successful track of these primates, you will leave for Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Along the way you will enjoy the spectacular views of the splendid Rwenzori ranges.

DAY 6: EXPLORATION OF QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK WITH A MORNING GAME
DRIVE/LION TRACKING AND AFTERNOON BOAT RIDE ON KAZINGA CHANNEL
Early morning, you will conduct a game drive in the Kasenyi plains where you will see various animals such as Elephants, Lions, Leopards, Buffaloes and Antelopes.
Lions are elusive cats and chances of sighting them during the normal game drives are limited.
To enhance the chances of sighting them, you will track lions during the game drive in Kasenyi plains. This activity of lion tracking enables you to get up close to a pride of unguarded lions.
While here, the trained rangers and conservationists will enlighten you more about lion behavior. It’s such an interesting and surely an activity for the daring!
In the afternoon, you will go for a 2 hours boat ride on Kazinga channel where you will see several water adapted animals and birds such as hippos, crocodiles, kingfishers, eagles and monitor lizards. After the boat ride, you will return to your lodge for relaxation and overnight

DAY 7: TRAVEL TO BWINDI FOREST NATIONAL PARK
After a relaxed breakfast, you will travel to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National park for the main highlight of this safari, and this is gorilla tracking in Bwindi forest.
Bwindi is home to almost half of the remaining mountain gorillas in the world and your encounter with these gigantic creatures will certainly give you lasting memories about your safari.
On arrival at the lodge, you will check in and relax in preparation for the next day’s activities.

DAY 8: GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST
Early morning, you will go gorilla trekking. It is such a wonderful and exciting activity, though it is a challenging trek since it involves hiking through steep ascents and tangled trails.
Once gorillas are identified, the ecstasy and frenzy cannot be explained in words. You will only explain this when you get to encounter with these gentle giants! For conservation purposes, you will be allowed a maximum time of one hour in the vicinity of the gorillas and then after walk out of the dense forest. Your time with the gorillas will certainly create long lasting memories about your visit to Uganda.

DAY 9: TRANSFER TO LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK FOR A WALKING SAFARI
You depart from Bwindi early in the morning and head to Lake Mburo National Game Park for yet another marvelous encounter with the wild of Uganda.
Lake Mburo National Park is a habitat to more than 60 species of mammals including the Impala, the Burchell’s zebras, Buffalos, Warthogs, Hippos, Leopards, Topis, Elands and Hyenas among others. It is also home to over 350 bird species which include the rare Shoe bill stork, African fin foot, Saddle-billed stork among others.
Along the way to Lake Mburo national Game Park, you will enjoy Uganda’s country side which is abundantly blessed with eye catching sceneries such as terraced hills, vast banana plantations and herds of the indigenous Ankole cow. Surely, your journey will be filled with moments of memorable exposure to nature.

DAY 10: MORNING GAME DRIVE IN LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK AND TRAVEL TO ENTEBBE
FOR DEPARTURE FLIGHT WITH ENROUTE STOPOVER AT THE EQUATOR MONUMENT
You will begin this day with an early morning game drive within the park where you are likely to see Zebras in large numbers, Buffalos, Hippos, Topis, Elands, Impalas and many other savannah animals.
After the game drive, you will embark on the drive to Entebbe. Along the way, you make a brief stop at the equator crossing, take the best photo shots and engage in some of the activities and experiments that people normally engage in when they reach the equator. The experiments engaged in are not scientifically tested/proved but fun to watch. These experiments involve pouring water in the basin while observing how it swirls in opposite directions in the northern &
southern hemispheres of the equator line.
